ACCESSIBILITY
Accessibility
Dexivio is built to meet WCAG 2.2 AA. This page describes what that means in practice on this site and how to tell us when something is not working for you.
What we test for
- Keyboard reachability for every interactive control, with a visible focus ring and a working skip link to the main content.
- Screen reader labels on every button and form field, including the cookie banner, the cart drawer, and the dashboard navigation.
- Colour contrast of 4.5:1 for body copy and 3:1 for large text and non-text indicators.
- Respect for the operating system motion preference. With reduced motion on, smooth scroll, the cursor effect, and section reveals are disabled.
- Forms with field-level errors and clear instructions, validated on both client and server.
Known gaps
The before-and-after CV carousel relies on motion to show the comparison. With reduced motion on, the two states are presented as static stacked images. The marquee on the home page does not animate when reduced motion is on.
Telling us about a problem
If you hit something that does not work, write to hello@dexivio.com with a short description, the page address, and the browser and assistive technology you are using. We respond within 5 working days.
Standards
We test against the WCAG 2.2 AA criteria, the WAI-ARIA Authoring Practices for the components we use, and the manual checks in axe DevTools and the Accessibility Insights browser extension.
