What this website does not do

It sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and you do not need an account to contact us. Everything the site loads, including its fonts, comes from this website. If we ever add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this notice before we turn them on.

Your light or dark setting

If you switch between light and dark, your browser remembers the choice on your device. It is not sent to us, and you can clear it in your browser’s settings.

An earlier version of this website stored offline copies of its pages in your browser. If you visited it, a small script removes those copies when you next visit.

The enquiry form

The form does not send anything to us. When you press Compose enquiry, it opens your own email app with your message written, and nothing is sent until you press send there. The website does not store what you type. Your email app may keep a draft under its own settings.

If you tick the brochure box, your message asks us for the brochure, and we email it to you. Asking for the brochure does not add you to a mailing list.

Please do not include passwords, payment card details, health information or other sensitive information in an enquiry.

When you email us

Emails to hello@dexivio.com pass through Cloudflare Email Routing, which forwards them to our mailbox, provided by Google. Our replies are sent through Resend, an email delivery service. We use what you send, usually your name, organisation, email address and the details of your project, because you sent it to start a conversation with us: to reply, to send what you asked for, to discuss the work and, if we work together, to run the project.

Cloudflare, Google and Resend process this information to provide these services, keep them secure and meet their legal obligations, under their own privacy policies. We do not sell it or share it with anyone for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list. Otherwise we disclose it only where the law requires. If a project needs another service provider, we will tell you what we would share with them first.

Within Dexivio, only the person who handles our enquiries can open the mailbox, and the account uses two-step verification.

We delete enquiries that do not lead to a project from our mailbox 12 months after the last message, unless we need them for a legal obligation or claim. Copies can remain in our providers’ backups for a time under their own policies. If we work together, we keep project records for as long as the project needs them and for as long as the law requires for accounts and tax.

Hosting

Cloudflare hosts this website. Like any web host, it processes technical information such as your IP address, your browser and the pages you request, so it can deliver the site and protect it from abuse. If a page fails to load, your browser may send Cloudflare a short error report. We do not use this information to identify visitors.

Where your information is processed

Cloudflare, Google and Resend may process this information outside India. Cloudflare’s privacy policy, Google’s privacy policy and Resend’s privacy policy explain how they handle it.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email hello@dexivio.com with the subject “Privacy”, and we will reply within one month. If data protection law gives you the right to complain to a regulator, you can also do that.

Other services

When your email app opens, or you follow a link to another service, that service handles your information under its own privacy terms.

Changes to this notice

If this notice changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
